Are you looking for a more comprehensive offering? Try our commitment approach! We complete an in depth evaluation of your business and uncover areas where it can improve. Our evaluation consists of employee interviews, employee engagement exercises, process and procedure review, work space layout and leadership training and coaching.
The standard commitment approach is a 12 month program, and it comes in 2 phases.
Phase 1 – The Intensive Phase. Your consultant will spend time on-site working with you and your team.
Phase 2 – The Implementation Phase. Armed with the new tools and knowledge, this is where you start implementing changes with the continued guidance of your consultant.
